We have a variety of cakes - (usually chocolate mousse, strawberry/custard, carrot, cannoli, chocolate double temptation, cheesecakes) - in the 7" and 10" sizes readily available as well as 10" Tiramisu and our danish, pies, cookies and pastries. Any cake larger than 7" or 10" or custom combination cakes need to be ordered ahead.

AMARETTO CAKE A delicate vanilla sponge cake with amaretto flavor, filled with chocolate custard and a layer of vanilla custard. Finished with white better cream.
BLACK FOREST CAKE Three layers of chocolate cake splashed with cherry liqueur and filled with chocolate better cream and black cherries. Finished with white better cream.
BLACK & WHITE Two layers of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow cake spread with syrup and filled with vanilla custard and chocolate mousse. Enrobed in white chocolate.
BLACKOUT CAKE Chocolate cake with deep rich chocolate pudding inside and out.
CANNOLI CAKE Genovese sponge cake or chocolate cake filled with cannoli cream with chocolate chips.
CAPPUCCINO CAKE Chocolate and vanilla cake with cappuccino cream and coffee liqueur. White and dark chocolate on top.
CARAMEL CAKE Three layers of chocolate cake filled with caramel, vanilla custard, and chocolate mousse. Iced with thin layer of white better cream and enrobed in white chocolate. Garnished with caramel and pecans.
CARROT CAKE A delicious blend of whole wheat flour with walnuts and fresh carrots. Filled and frosted with a cream cheese icing and decorated with carrots made with icing.
CHOCOLATE LAYER Three layers of chocolate cake filled with a unique combination of fudge and chocolate créme filling. Fudge icing.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE Three alternating layers of deep chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse. Available with a fudge top or better cream top.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TRUFFLE Three alternating layers of deep chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse. Enrobed in chocolate truffle icing.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY Three layers of chocolate cake filled with a thin layer of raspberry and chocolate mousse. Iced with a fudge top.
CREAMY CHEESECAKE Our New York style cheesecake with cream cheese and sour cream in a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs blended with butter and vanilla.
DIAMOND SUPREME Our light vanilla cake is combined with a tangy lemon filling and vanilla custard. Iced with white better cream and lemon glaze.
DOUBLE TEMPTATION Two alternating layers of chocolate cake, sandwiched with a thick layer of cheesecake and fudge. Covered with better cream and chocolate garnish.
LINZER TART Red raspberry fruit in a hazelnut cookie dough with a lattice top and almonds.
MARBLE CHEESECAKE Our fine 100% cream cheese swirled with pure Dutch chocolate with a chocolate crumb crust. Topped with fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate.
MOLLY BROWN Deep chocolate cake filled with vanilla cream filling, fresh strawberries and bananas. Iced with better cream.
MUD CAKE Cheesecake filled with a generous amount of chocolate mousse. Enrobed in a deep rich chocolate. Dome shaped.
FRUIT COBBLERS Hazelnut cookie dough with cherry, apple, peach, or blueberry fruit with a streusel topping.
NAPOLEAN CAKE Flaky crust filled with Italian custard. Fondant icing.
PECAN PIE A southern recipe containing select whole pecans in an egg, butter, and brown sugar custard.
RASPBERRY CREME TORTE Sponge layers with raspberry jam and vanilla custard. Iced with better cream and a raspberry glaze.
ROULADE LOG (Seasonal) Moist sponge cake rolled with chocolate mousse. Decorated with fudge and flowers.
RUM CAKE Genovese sponge cake soaked with a rum flavored syrup and filled with chocolate custard and vanilla custard. White icing garnished with almonds.
STRAWBERRY DOUBLE TEMPTATION Two layers of sponge cake, filled with cheesecake and strawberries. Topped with white better cream.
STRAWBERRY AND CREAM Three layers of vanilla cake, strawberries, and French custard, whipped cream folded into custard. Iced with better cream.
TIRAMISU A traditional Italian dessert consisting of alternating layers of Marscopone and our fresh vanilla sponge delicately soaked in Espresso. Garnished with a light touch of cocoa and our fresh traditional ladyfingers. The cocoa is representative of the soil of Sicily where Tiramisu was originated.
